Hoboken City Council Meeting
Final vote on Hoboken Rail Yard Redevelopment Plan
Tuesday, December 16 @7 PM
Hoboken City Hall
At the December 10th public hearing, a long list of speakers voiced opposition to the City’s Rail Yard Redevelopment Plan. Unfortunately, most of the Council is not listening. The Hoboken City Council is expected to approve the plan at their Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The following rendering from the plan shows the excessive heights for the office towers and over-all development that contradicts Hoboken’s urban village ambience.
