Urgent: A vote is expected by next week. Ask your Assembly representative to oppose A4264 unless it is amended to protect Liberty State Park from large-scale commercialization and privatization. This bill in its current form would allow for a 7,000 seat event venue & two stadiums. A4264 has been vigorously pushed by Paul Fireman, the billionaire owner of the nearby Liberty National Golf Club, who has sought to expand his golf course into the environmentally sensitive Caven Point Natural Area of Liberty State Park.
