Classic Harbor Line’s Yacht Manhattan II
We will leave at 6:15 p.m. sharp from Chelsea Piers, Pier 62 (23rd Street & Hudson River Park) in New York City. We’ll tour the Hudson River waterfront highlighting FBW projects such as the exciting new opportunity to make Union Dry Dock a public park, thus connecting one of the final missing links in Hoboken’s waterfront park. We will circle the Statue of Liberty in the New York Harbor and enjoy the views of Manhattan’s ever-changing western waterfront. This is an opportunity to view our own waterfront from a unique vantage point: the Hudson River.
You will be entertained by internationally acclaimed artist and bandleader Ginetta M. and her jazz trio, Ginetta’s Vendetta. She will provide her special brand of high-octane entertainment, playing pocket-trumpet and singing jazz classics as well as her own compositions.
We hope you’ll join us for this tour of our magnificent waterfront – from the riverside!
We would like to thank Classic Harbor Line for partnering with the Fund for a Better Waterfront for this event. Their Manhattan II yacht is a 1920s-inspired design including teak decks and mahogany finishes. The cabin’s all-glass observatory will provide stunning, unobscured views for our cruise.
