The 1990 FBW Plan for the Hoboken Waterfront relied heavily on volunteer architects, landscape architects, engineers and other professionals who worked with our urban planner. The detailed 12 foot by 4 foot scale model was built by volunteers. The 1990 and 1992 waterfront referendum victories were achieved through a huge outpouring of volunteer help.
